What I Do

I choose who gets my time — before anyone thinks of buying it.

Nothing is for sale without a decision.

I meet few people. Not because I am busy. Because a meeting should be worth the trip — for both of us.

I show you what I see. I tell you which territories your company is traveling through — and why.

The first three days are the trial: if I leave within them, I deliver nothing — and you pay nothing. If I stay, you receive a written report every week, signed by me. That is the minimum.

I work with startups, small and medium-sized companies with ambitious projects. Nobody wastes time.

This is not ordinary consulting. If that is what you want, there are plenty of firms that will sell it to you. Here the vision comes from forty years on the road, not only from school.

The first ten seconds decide everything. If the first exchange is intelligent, the conversation goes on for a lifetime. If it is not, it is over in three.
