ETHICS
- The basic rule: agreements are respected. No payment for my work in advance — not even a deposit.
- If, within the first three days, you don’t like the way I work, I leave — and you don’t pay me.
- If I stay, you receive a written report every week, signed by me.
- One job at a time. I never take on a new one until the current one is closed.
- I come to you, the way an auditor does.
- Where I work, I need an office, a secretary, a fixed desk, and a mobile phone with a local number available to me.
- I have no fixed hours. I am nobody’s employee.
- Meetings are not free. The fee is shared only once your request is accepted.
- Payment in US dollars only.
- Taxes are paid where the work is done: in every country I work in, according to its laws.
- No expense reimbursements. Travel, hotels and meals are planned and paid in advance by the one who invites, with round-trip flight tickets on flexible dates.
- I travel by plane, train, bus or ship. Never by car.
- Four-star hotels, minimum.
- Breakfast and dinner included. Lunch is a break: a hot dog or a pizza is enough.
- Full six-month health insurance, paid by the one who invites, including repatriation of the body to Italy.
- I never accept proposals or offers from multinational corporations. They pay little, they want double, and they are never satisfied.
These are not conditions. This is personality.
